Reclaiming Sensuality
for wellbeing, aliveness and hormonal health

An Afternoon Exploration of Living Life Sensually
Sunday May, ___
4:00 – 6:00 PM
in person in Providence, RI
(location provided)

Join me in a supportive space to explore the richness of living with your senses. Studies now show that pleasure and sensuality support our hormonal health and well-being! This feels important as we navigate transitions with our bodies and the stress of our lives and this world.

Perhaps you:

  • Feel disconnected from your body and long to feel more alive

  • Feel overwhelmed but know there is more to experience with your body and senses

  • Would like less stress and more calm (we all do!)

Whether you arrive feeling disconnected, curious, overwhelmed, excited, whatever, you are welcome exactly as you are.

In this workshop we’ll explore sensuality as a way of connecting with our senses to support our aliveness:

The afternoon includes:

  • Somatic, body-based movement + meditation to reconnect with yourself

  • An experiential journey awaking the senses

  • Reflective writing to explore where you are and what you would love

My intention is for you to have at the end of Reclaiming Sensuality:

  • A practice for getting into your body

  • A deeper connection to your senses and aliveness

  • More clarity around your own desires

  • A renewed possibility of connection with yourself

If this speaks to you, or you feel a spark of interest, come join us! It will be supportive and held lovingly by me. ::-)

Sliding scale fee $20-40

The group is limited to 8 people.
