Reclaiming Sensuality

Living Life Sensually
Sundays, May 10, June 7, July 12
4:30 – 6:00 PM
in person in Providence, RI
(location provided upon registration)

Join a warm, supportive space to explore the richness of living through your senses. Studies show that pleasure and sensuality support our overall well-being. As spring arrives, let us gather.

Perhaps you long for more connecting with your body and want to feel more alive, or feel overwhelmed yet sense there is more to experience through your body and senses.

Whatever you're arriving with — disconnection, curiosity, overwhelm, excitement — you are welcome exactly as you are.

A gentle note: This is an exploratory workshop with nothing to get right. Everything is an invitation to slow down and be curious, with others doing the same.

Together we'll explore reconnecting with our senses and supporting aliveness.

The afternoon includes:

  • Somatic, body-based movement and meditation to connect you to your body

  • An experiential ritual journey awakening the senses

  • Reflective writing to explore where you are and what you would love

By the end of our time together, my intention is for you to leave with:

  • A practice for dropping into your body

  • A deeper connection to your senses and aliveness

  • More clarity around your own desires

  • A renewed sense of possibility and connection with yourself

If this speaks to you — or even just sparks a little curiosity — come join us. If you have any questions or just want to get a feel for whether you’d like to attend, feel free to reach out to me. I'd love to hear from you.

This workshop is for women and gender-expansive individuals.

Sliding scale: $18–$28 (venmo@StaceyFelice-Winograd)
